Reviews at

How inconvenient and inadequate is customer service and live chat? For one, they take forever to reply. Two, they claim to manage customer reviews of each restaurant but either they're only approving positive reviews, or at least disregarding negative ones for that matter OR, which could be even more absurd, they could have handed that feature to the restaurants themselves as each restaurant reviews its own customer critique and approving/disapproving them.

I'm writing this because I had a very negative experience with one of the restaurants and have submitted my review on their app about three weeks ago. My review hasn't turned up on the restaurant's page yet a lot of later reviews have, all of which are very positive reviews.
