Off topic: Mac, Clarisworks used to have something called a mortgate amortizer, that showed a spreadsheet where you could put in how much you had paid. The bonus was it showed how much interest you saved when you made extra payments, and how the life of the loan was shortened. When they switched back to AW, that little program disappeared. Have you seen any freeware that does the same thing?
